Job Duties

- support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff
- ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and ethical standards
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business unit strategies
- build and maintain strong relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders
