Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or facility operations preferred
- ability to work non-standard hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- willingness to join a labor union and comply with collective bargaining agreement
- valid forklift certification considered a plus

Job Duties
- keep the assigned area clean orderly and organized creating a positive guest experience
- perform assigned maintenance duties associated with the facility and street at special events
- assist with event setup breakdown and execution
- transport equipment and operational supplies for each event
- perform the job safely and in compliance with policies procedures work and safety rules and the employee's manual
- conduct snow and trash removal
- complete a range of general maintenance duties including replacing light bulbs performing minor repairs and supporting routine maintenance initiatives
- perform other duties as assigned
