Job Duties
- create and maintain company status reports and tracking
- enter PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions
- build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing
- partner with PLACE Finance and is responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense reduction
- oversee quality control for all contracts through closing and listing launch
- create and maintains the team's operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the team
- implement team recognition and events plan
- engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implements talent attraction systems
- commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- become an expert of the PLACE Technology
