Job Duties
- Manage profit and loss
- oversee financial tasks including cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance
- attract and retain talent through hiring decisions, growth plans, and performance assessments
- collaborate with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans
- monitor restaurant performance using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics
- maintain restaurant safety protocols by promoting food safety policies and creating a safe work environment
- build relationships with customers and resolve complaints
- lead rollout and adoption of new products, systems, campaigns, and strategies
