  • minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Manage profit and loss
  • oversee financial tasks including cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance
  • attract and retain talent through hiring decisions, growth plans, and performance assessments
  • collaborate with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans
  • monitor restaurant performance using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics
  • maintain restaurant safety protocols by promoting food safety policies and creating a safe work environment
  • build relationships with customers and resolve complaints
  • lead rollout and adoption of new products, systems, campaigns, and strategies
