Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with ability to drive tractor-trailer and a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40 to 60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
- 1 year of customer delivery experience preferred
- 6 months of hand cart or hand truck experience preferred
- 6 months of food and beverage experience preferred
- 2 years of consistent work history preferred
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL-A)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Clean driving record
- Experience with local delivery routes is preferred
- Strong physical ability to handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- Good customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Operate tractor-trailer trucks safely and efficiently to deliver food service products
- Load and unload freight, which may weigh between 40 and 100 pounds
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a clean driving record
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of delivery activities
- Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks as needed
- Adhere to scheduled routes and make adjustments based on traffic or customer requirements
