Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years restaurant operations experience
  • Licensing and qualifications for food and alcohol service
  • Experience in restaurant inventory management
  • Volunteer coordination experience
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Availability for flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Previous leadership over food and beverage team
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods

  • Necessary licensing and qualifications for food and alcohol service
  • Experience in restaurant inventory management
  • Volunteer coordination experience
  • Leadership experience managing food and beverage teams
  • Ability to work onsite and flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Physical capability to perform moderate physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic oversight to food and beverage operations
  • Develop and drive planning of new opportunities
  • Direct budgeting process and daily budget management
  • Manage strategic planning, financial and inventory control, sanitation, safety, training, staffing, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with team to develop menus and assist with event planning
  • Manage vendor relationships and utilize POS and inventory software
  • Lead daily operations focusing on staffing, revenue, performance, and controls
  • Ensure member experience, communicate goals, and maintain safety standards
  • Train and develop team members through continuous role modeling
  • Monitor equipment and infrastructure needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints diplomatically
  • Enforce community rules and act as Manager on Duty after hours
  • Facilitate communication between front and back of house staff
  • Partner with Community Manager for marketing events
  • Prepare and submit operations reports to the Board of Directors
