- ability to perform light physical tasks such as standing walking and lifting event supplies

Job Duties
- Open monitor and close the Ranch House and associated amenities
- greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly professional manner
- support community events and activities including setup and breakdown
- maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces
- assist with light operational and facility-related tasks as needed
- enforce community rules and policies in a courteous and consistent manner
- communicate issues or maintenance needs to management staff
