Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in apartment, residential or resort property management preferred
- Experience in HOA management strongly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to respond promptly and follow up
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work Thursday through Monday including some weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform inspections and administrative functions
- Ability to learn and adapt to technology systems
Job Qualifications
- One year of apartment, residential or resort property management experience preferred
- Previous Homeowner Association management experience strongly desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Responsive with follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn and use new technology
Job Duties
- Oversee general HOA administrative functions and administrative staff
- Assist General Manager with financial and operational community management tasks
- Facilitate the Architectural Review process including managing submissions, scheduling meetings, and preparing minutes
- Provide clerical support such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Manage work orders and vendor communications
- Assist with employee hiring, training, supervising, and performance management
- Prepare agendas, reports and packages for Board and Annual meetings
- Perform site inspections for architectural projects and community areas
- Monitor monthly financial position and invoice approvals
- Conduct deed restriction and resale compliance inspections
- Cover weekend and holiday shifts as needed
- Perform additional duties assigned by General Manager and Board of Directors
- Work Thursday through Monday schedule
