Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of relevant property management experience
  • strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to interact professionally with residents, board members, vendors, and staff
  • availability to work Thursday through Monday including some holidays
  • willingness to work weekends and cover shifts during peak season
  • capability to perform site inspections and compliance checks
  • ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Job Qualifications

  • One year of apartment, residential, or resort property management experience preferred
  • previous HOA management experience strongly desired
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • keen attention to detail
  • responsiveness and ability to follow-up
  • multitasking skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to learn and use new technology

Job Duties

  • Oversee general HOA administrative functions and office staff
  • assist General Manager in managing financial and operational aspects
  • facilitate Architectural Review process including managing submissions and communication with the Architectural Review Board
  • attend monthly Architectural Review Board meetings
  • perform site inspections of architectural projects
  • provide clerical support including training and supervising staff
  • manage work order system and vendor communications
  • maintain office supplies and file systems
  • assist with employee hiring and performance management
  • prepare and compile documents for board and annual meetings
  • monitor and respond to community emails and maintain communication systems
  • manage homeowner database and files
  • review and approve vendor invoices
  • perform deed restriction and resale compliance inspections
  • submit vendor paperwork such as W-9 and COI
  • cover shifts on weekends and holidays as needed
  • perform other assigned work-related tasks
