Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Ability to work evening and overnight shifts
- Able to perform physical tasks involving kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting for long periods
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
- Proactive and professional mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to live onsite and be on call overnight
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- Hotel operations experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Conduct regular property inspections throughout the night ensuring safety and security
- Assist guests with after-hours check-in and check-out providing excellent customer service
- Perform laundry duties including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels maintaining a clean laundry area
- Carry out cleaning tasks such as vacuuming dusting and sanitizing public spaces ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed
- Prepare rooms that housekeeping was unable to clear during the day shift
- Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
- Be on call overnight to address any afterhours guest needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
