Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED required
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Flexible schedule needed, must be able to work nights and weekends
- Must be a proficient problem-solver
- Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, and chemicals safely
- Must have general handyman tools and skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 percent of the time
- Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office
- Must be able to operate a computer and office productivity machines
- Must be able to position oneself to maintain files in file cabinets
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas effectively
- Must be able to observe details at close range
- Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Occasionally ascends/descends ladders or stairs
Job Qualifications

- Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, and chemicals safely
- Must have general handyman tools and skills to repair needed items
- Must be able to communicate information clearly
- Must be able to observe details at close range
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Duties
- General outdoor cleaning of the common area
- Light check and bulb change
- Power washing
- Pick up trash from lawns and common areas
- Blow leaves away from common areas
- Check the pool area for trash and contaminants
- Empty trash bags in common areas
- Clean dumpster areas
- Check doggie station baskets
- Keep drainage areas clear
- Minor maintenance issues as needed
- Plus other work-related tasks as needed
