Job Requirements
- Cleaning or janitorial experience of 1 to 2 years preferred
- At least 1 year of lead experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong people skills and teamwork experience
- Skilled at using mobile devices and apps
- Self-motivated with ability to work within a team
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be organized and able to follow a schedule
- Willingness to learn safety and company policies
- Ability to use approved chemicals and tools
- Able to remain stationary for 50 percent of the time
- Ability to occasionally move around the office and operate office equipment
- Capability to communicate clearly and observe details at close range
- Able to lift 20 pounds frequently and occasionally ascend or descend ladders or stairs

- Proficiency in cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Duties
- Supervising and guiding the work of a team of porters
- Assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed on time
- Monitoring the performance of porters and ensuring cleaning and maintenance standards
- Performing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and trash removal
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed and reporting unsafe conditions
- Managing cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
- Training new porters on cleaning and safety procedures
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Performing specialized cleaning tasks such as stripping and waxing floors
