Job Requirements
- Cleaning/janitorial experience 1 - 2 years preferred
- Lead experience 1 year preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Great people skills
- Skilled at using mobile devices and apps
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Organized and able to follow a schedule
- Learn and train on safety and company policies
- Use all approved chemicals and tools
- Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time
- Ability to move about office for filing and accessing equipment
- Able to operate computers and office machinery

Job Duties
- Supervising and guiding the work of a team of porters
- Assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed on time
- Monitoring the performance of porters and providing guidance
- Performing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed and reporting unsafe conditions
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Training new porters on cleaning and safety procedures
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Performing specialized cleaning tasks such as stripping and waxing floors
- Disinfecting rooms and cleaning pool furniture
