Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail
- flexibility to handle emergencies and various visitor scenarios
- experience with general office equipment including phones, virtual fax, scanner, printer, copier, shredder, keyboard
- proficiency with desktop PCs and mobile devices such as iPads and smartphones

Job Duties
- Greet all visitors with a welcoming message
- request and verify identification for non-emergency vehicles
- record entry for approved service providers, food deliveries, and realtors
- utilize camera system to monitor traffic and record vehicle details
- report emergencies or law enforcement interactions to supervisors immediately
- maintain a clean and professional uniform
- direct inquiries to the HGCA Office and limit personal conversations
- provide directions using printed maps as needed
- follow contingency plans for power outages including manual visitor logins
- use signage to communicate temporary closures
- enforce community rules including restricted access hours and garage sale policies
- ensure all visitor entry forms are completed accurately
