Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in administrative or customer service roles
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent writing and phone etiquette
  • proficiency in computer applications
  • ability to operate standard office equipment
  • detail-oriented
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • pass background screening and pre-employment drug screening
  • ability to utilize technology
  • meet physical demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2-3 years experience in administrative or customer service roles
  • excellent communication, writing skills, and phone etiquette
  • proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • familiarity with standard office equipment
  • strong attention to detail
  • positive and outgoing personality
  • ability to work effectively in a team

Job Duties

  • Receive and respond to resident phone calls
  • greet all guests with a warm smile and positive attitude
  • assist with checking residents in for fitness center and pool access
  • facilitate amenity access by managing proper documentation
  • update new and existing owners' information in systems
  • sort incoming mail and package deliveries
  • perform or assist with operations to maintain workflow
  • notify supervisors of equipment issues
  • ensure safety precautions are followed
  • assist with special projects and tasks
