Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years experience in relevant administrative or customer service roles
- excellent communication skills
- strong writing skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with office operational equipment
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- must pass background screening and pre-employment drug screening
- ability to use technology effectively
- detail-oriented
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative or customer service fields
- excellent communication and writing skills
- proficient in phone etiquette
- excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- familiarity with office equipment such as phones, printers, and postage meters

Job Duties
- Receive and respond to resident phone calls
- greet all guests with a warm smile and positive attitude
- assist with checking residents in for fitness center and pool use
- facilitate amenity access by managing documentation and access cards
- update new and existing owners' information in the system daily
- sort incoming mail and package deliveries
- perform or assist with operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules
- ensure all safety precautions are followed
- assist with special projects and tasks as needed
