Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2-3 years experience in relevant administrative or customer service roles
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong writing skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with office operational equipment
  • ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • must pass background screening and pre-employment drug screening
  • ability to use technology effectively
  • detail-oriented
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or customer service fields
  • excellent communication and writing skills
  • proficient in phone etiquette
  • excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • familiarity with office equipment such as phones, printers, and postage meters
  • attention to detail
  • positive and outgoing personality
  • ability to work as a team player

Job Duties

  • Receive and respond to resident phone calls
  • greet all guests with a warm smile and positive attitude
  • assist with checking residents in for fitness center and pool use
  • facilitate amenity access by managing documentation and access cards
  • update new and existing owners' information in the system daily
  • sort incoming mail and package deliveries
  • perform or assist with operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules
  • ensure all safety precautions are followed
  • assist with special projects and tasks as needed
