Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • excellent communication and writing skills
  • proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • ability to use standard office equipment
  • detail-oriented
  • positive attitude and teamwork capability
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • flexible schedule availability
  • background screening and pre-employment drug screening
  • ability to utilize technology
  • physical ability to remain stationary 50 percent of the time
  • occasional movement within office
  • capable of lifting boxes up to 20 pounds
  • ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
  • occasional ladder or stair climbing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or related fields
  • excellent communication and writing skills
  • strong phone etiquette
  • proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • familiarity with office equipment such as phones, printers, and postage meters
  • high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • positive and outgoing personality
  • ability to work as a team player

Job Duties

  • Receive and respond to resident phone calls
  • greet all guests with a warm smile and positive attitude
  • assist with resident check-in for fitness center and pool
  • facilitate amenity access through documentation processing
  • update new and existing owners' information in the system
  • sort incoming mail and package deliveries for distribution
  • assist with operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules
  • notify supervisors of equipment and supply needs
  • ensure all safety precautions are followed
  • assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
