Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years relevant administrative or customer service experience
- strong communication skills
- excellent writing skills
- proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- familiarity with office equipment including phones, printer, postage meter
- detail-oriented
- positive outgoing personality
- ability to work as a team player
- background screening required

- physical ability to remain stationary 50 percent of time

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- minimum 2-3 years experience in administrative, customer service, or related fields
- excellent communication and writing skills

- familiar with standard office equipment operations

Job Duties
- Receive and respond to resident phone calls
- greet all guests with a warm smile and positive attitude, assisting with questions and directing to appropriate team members
- assist with checking residents in for fitness center and pool access
- facilitate amenity access by managing documentation and providing access cards
- update new and existing owners' information in the system daily
- sort incoming mail and package deliveries for distribution
- perform or assist with operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules
- notify supervisors of equipment or operating problems and supply needs
- ensure safety precautions are followed
- assist with special projects and tasks as needed
