Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have previous concierge experience
  • Drivers license and good driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate well with team members
  • Must be customer service-oriented and courteous

Job Qualifications

  • College education preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Drivers License and good driving record required
  • Previous concierge experience required
  • Luxury concierge experience preferred
  • Experience with BuildingLink and KeyLink a plus
  • Must possess sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and at times fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on resident and guest needs, remaining calm and courteous

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and security of unit owners, residents, and their guests
  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ensure concierge procedures are thoroughly documented, consistently trained, and properly implemented across the team
  • Monitor inventory levels of fobs/transponders and procure supplies as necessary
  • Coordinate monthly schedules in collaboration with the Assistant Manager
  • Assist residents with the receipt and delivery of packages and conduct a package audit
  • Coordinate unit access for service, repair, and maintenance vendors
  • Respond to special requests from residents and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide residents with information on vendors, local amenities, events, parking and community activities
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, messages, and inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up or resolution
  • Communicate and escalate requests to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Oversee reservations for the loading dock, service elevators, and building amenities
  • Maintain detailed shift logs and generate incident reports when needed
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct regular inspections of community common areas
  • Immediately contact authorities in the event of any safety or security breach
  • Perform additional duties as required in support of building operations and resident satisfaction
