Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer-related experience
  • Availability to work overnight shift from 11pm to 7:30am Monday through Friday
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to enforce building policies and procedures
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer-related experience required
  • Previous concierge experience preferred
  • Must possess a professional presentation with white glove service
  • Must have outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous

Job Duties

  • Manage the Motor Lobby desk, lobby area, and visitor parking area
  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally by standing and acknowledging them
  • Professionally respond to incoming telephone calls from residents
  • Routinely familiarize themselves with building rules, policies, and procedures
  • Follow current Access Policy to ensure all visitors including resident guests and contractors have authorization
  • Enforce and control building access policies and procedures
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and enforce rules regarding use of common areas and suspicious activities
  • Encourage a sense of community and assist residents as needed following protocols
  • Direct residents and guests to the Plaza Level Resident Services Office during business hours
  • Assist residents and contractors with utilizing the service elevator for maintenance and moves
  • Respond to resident complaints and refer issues to the General Manager or maintenance staff when appropriate
  • Provide shift summary and updates to the incoming Concierge
  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain a daily log of events
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
