Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during events
- Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 2+ years of event coordination or related experience
- Proficiency with digital marketing and event tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or community relations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with event software and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute HOA-sponsored and private events at the Blue Heron Clubhouse and other venues
- Manage scheduling, staffing, décor, menu coordination, and equipment setup
- Conduct tours, menu tastings, and client meetings
- Create and maintain banquet event orders, proposals, and contracts
- Oversee events ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Obtain new clients through networking and advertising
- Develop and distribute marketing materials and manage promotions
