Job Requirements
- Must be age 24 or older to apply
- Must hold a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card
- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license
- Flexible schedule to accommodate variable work hours that change daily
- Ability to be observant and attentive to detail
- Able to use technology for navigation and dispatch
- Ability to respond resiliently to changing schedules and job requirements
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency, initiative, and follow-through

- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Employment eligible based on background check, clean MVR, and health/drug screening
- Preferred two years of recent professional driving experience
- Capable of walking up steep gangways and stairs without fear of heights
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Able to load and unload heavy equipment with moderate assistance
- Able to walk moderate distances
- Willing to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather
- Capable of standing and sitting for long periods
- Able to drive vehicles entering and exiting frequently
- Possess average or good vision
Job Qualifications
- Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Two years of recent professional driving experience in the industry preferred
- Ability to proficiently speak, read, and write English
- Employment eligibility based on background check, clean motor vehicle record, and health/drug screen
- Ability to use technology for navigation and dispatch
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive and maneuver vehicles in diverse conditions
- Willingness to be on-call including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle inspections
- Provide transportation to crew members to and from vessels
- Complete paperwork and clear crew with Customs and Border Protection
- Professionally interact with crew, captains, and CBP personnel
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery and pickup of crew members and baggage
- Communicate frequently with Dispatch
- Convey excellent customer service and professionalism
- Assist crewmembers with luggage
- Be prepared to be on call, including evenings, to support a 24-hour 7-day a week operation
- Manage the loading and unloading of cargo
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of transport documents
- Maneuver with a trailer in challenging environments like heavy traffic, busy ports, and airport locations
- Use a forklift to load and unload equipment
- Coordinate timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
