Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older for server or cook position and 21 years or older for bartender position
- Possess required food safety certifications as applicable
- Ability to work flexible and on-call schedules
- Ability to handle large events and intimate dining experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Current food handler card or ServSafe certificate for servers and cooks
- Current OLCC Service Permit for bartenders
- Experience in catering or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Duties
- Have common knowledge of how a fast-paced kitchen functions and operates
- Accurately prepare food customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensure quality and consistency of food and quality and volume of work
- Maintain a flexible schedule
- Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees
- Adhere to food safety standards and possess necessary certifications such as food handler card, ServSafe certificate, or OLCC Service Permit
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
