Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older for server or cook position and 21 years or older for bartender position
  • Possess required food safety certifications as applicable
  • Ability to work flexible and on-call schedules
  • Ability to handle large events and intimate dining experiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Current food handler card or ServSafe certificate for servers and cooks
  • Current OLCC Service Permit for bartenders
  • Experience in catering or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Have common knowledge of how a fast-paced kitchen functions and operates
  • Accurately prepare food customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Ensure quality and consistency of food and quality and volume of work
  • Maintain a flexible schedule
  • Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees
  • Adhere to food safety standards and possess necessary certifications such as food handler card, ServSafe certificate, or OLCC Service Permit
  • Support event setup and breakdown as needed
