Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist or customer service experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to use Microsoft 365 applications
  • knowledge of CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, and other related software
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask and work under direction
  • ability to empathize with customers and handle diverse personalities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • familiarity with automotive industry software such as CDK and Drive Centric is a plus
  • ability to multitask and follow directions effectively
  • empathetic and able to handle diverse customer personality types

Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
  • direct customers and visitors to appropriate departments
  • assist vendors in identifying their needs and issuing purchase orders for services
  • support Sales Management Team with administrative tasks
  • manage multiple communication channels including email and internal software systems
  • maintain organized records of purchase orders and vendor interactions
  • utilize technology platforms such as CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365, Teams, and manufacturer websites effectively
