Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Answers incoming phone calls and routes them to the appropriate staff members
- greets visitors warmly and provides assistance as needed
- checks in guests and ensures they follow proper sign in procedures
- verifies visitor appointments and notifies staff of arrivals
- lets authorized individuals into the building and monitors access to maintain security
- maintains a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- receives inbound mail, packages, and deliveries
- sorts and distributes mail to the correct departments or individuals
- logs deliveries and ensures timely pickup
- supports general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling
- communicates effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
- other duties as assigned
