Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and anticipate needs

Job Duties

  • Order and stock kitchen supplies to ensure office remains well-equipped
  • Manage catering orders, including setup and cleanup
  • Track property concerns, reporting them to property management promptly
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with ordering supplies, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives
  • Help coordinate on-site and off-site events including scheduling, setup, and vendor management
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers/vendors to appropriate departments
