Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Job Duties
- Order and stock kitchen supplies to ensure office remains well-equipped
- Manage catering orders, including setup and cleanup
- Track property concerns, reporting them to property management promptly
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with ordering supplies, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Help coordinate on-site and off-site events including scheduling, setup, and vendor management
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers/vendors to appropriate departments
