Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1-2 years experience in hospitality, concierge, or office administration
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- strong customer service orientation
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work full time, in-office from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
- based in Dallas, TX or willing to commute

Job Duties
- Greeting and checking in guests
- managing lobby presence
- coordinating badges and access
- ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and stocked
- client-facing hospitality
- vendor coordination
- inventory management
- restocking supplies
- liaising with building management
- maintaining common areas
- ensuring the office is consistently visitor-ready
- handling ad hoc employee requests
- managing mail and packages
- coordinating catering and supplies
- booking meeting rooms
- running errands
- sourcing vendors or services
- logging and tracking requests
- documenting procedures and updating task lists
- communicating proactively with staff on office matters
- planning for upcoming events or visits
