Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1-2 years experience in hospitality, concierge, or office administration
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong customer service orientation
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work full time, in-office from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
  • based in Dallas, TX or willing to commute

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or office concierge role preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • proficiency with office management software and communication tools

Job Duties

  • Greeting and checking in guests
  • managing lobby presence
  • coordinating badges and access
  • ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and stocked
  • client-facing hospitality
  • vendor coordination
  • inventory management
  • restocking supplies
  • liaising with building management
  • maintaining common areas
  • ensuring the office is consistently visitor-ready
  • handling ad hoc employee requests
  • managing mail and packages
  • coordinating catering and supplies
  • booking meeting rooms
  • running errands
  • sourcing vendors or services
  • logging and tracking requests
  • documenting procedures and updating task lists
  • communicating proactively with staff on office matters
  • planning for upcoming events or visits
