Your role as an Occupational Therapist Assistant at Concierge Home Care is both impactful and dynamic. In this position, you will travel to patients' homes to provide occupational therapy services aimed at aiding their recovery and enhancing their independence. You will follow the physician's orders and an individualized plan of care, working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and clinical leadership. This hands-on role requires clinical expertise as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients in diverse home environments. You will assist patients through intermittent visits designed to meet their unique therapy goals, ensuring that your support directly contributes to their healing process and quality of life.

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
- State licensure or regulation as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Minimum of two years experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education
- Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
- Licensed or otherwise regulated as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of practice
- Two years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Travel to patients' homes to provide occupational therapy services
- Deliver therapy as outlined in the physician's orders and plan of care under supervision
- Assist patients in achieving their therapy goals through intermittent visits tailored to their needs
- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and clinical management for patient care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and safety measures
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
