Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Nutrition Services Leader in culinary or food production areas
- CRT-ServSafe Handler certification within 90 days
- CRT-ServSafe Manager certification within 90 days
- ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English

- CRT-ServSafe Manager certification within 90 days
- ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English
- preferred Associate's Degree in food service-related area
- preferred 2 years of relevant food service experience outside of culinary/food production
- preferred 1 year of management experience outside culinary/food production
- preferred 1 year of experience with therapeutic diets
Job Duties
- Oversee the production of high-quality food products following standardized recipes
- provide input for menu development
- prioritize and direct activities of employees in assigned area
- prepare schedules and coordinate staffing
- orient, train, and coach staff
- apply corporate and department policies consistently
- provide input into evaluation and discipline of staff
- promote teamwork and address concerns
- maintain safety and sanitation standards
- identify and address variances
- uphold and enforce policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with hospital standards and inspection readiness
