- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- serve safe certification
- ability to work day and early-evening shifts including weekends
- satisfactory completion of background investigation
- culinary degree preferred
- sanitation or HACCP certification desirable
