Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • able to provide legal documentation to work in the united states
  • ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5 am
  • availability to work six days a week including weekends
  • physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times daily
  • willing to follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
  • capable of working in wet, humid, hot, and cold conditions
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual tasks regularly

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food preparation or commercial kitchen work is an advantage
  • ability to work early morning shifts and weekends

Job Duties

  • prepare fresh noodle dough using commercial equipment
  • ensure consistency and quality of noodle products
  • operate in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
  • lift up to 50 pounds and push carts weighing up to 100 pounds
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of noodle preparation area
  • assist with other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
