Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record with no at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects frequently and occasionally over 100 lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy to enter data accurately
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Availability to meet on-call requirements
- Familiarity with FDA and accreditation standards related to oxygen delivery
Job Qualifications
- No at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 100 lbs
- Ability to accurately enter data and acquire working knowledge of software applications
- Familiarity with FDA regulations pertaining to oxygen
- Familiarity with accreditation policies related to delivery activities and safety
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Efficiently organize delivery route on a daily basis
- Deliver liquid and compressed gaseous oxygen to specified points of delivery
- Deliver durable medical equipment and other home care related equipment to designated delivery points
- Protect patient personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle retrieval of rental return items and ensure proper placement in designated areas
- Provide patient/client orientation and instruction on the correct use of equipment
- Act as a company field representative to resolve various patient/client issues
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
- Fulfill on-call requirements as needed
