Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record with no at fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects frequently and occasionally over 100 lbs
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy to enter data accurately
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
  • Availability to meet on-call requirements
  • Familiarity with FDA and accreditation standards related to oxygen delivery

Job Qualifications

  • No at fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 100 lbs
  • Ability to accurately enter data and acquire working knowledge of software applications
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations pertaining to oxygen
  • Familiarity with accreditation policies related to delivery activities and safety
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Efficiently organize delivery route on a daily basis
  • Deliver liquid and compressed gaseous oxygen to specified points of delivery
  • Deliver durable medical equipment and other home care related equipment to designated delivery points
  • Protect patient personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Handle retrieval of rental return items and ensure proper placement in designated areas
  • Provide patient/client orientation and instruction on the correct use of equipment
  • Act as a company field representative to resolve various patient/client issues
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
  • Fulfill on-call requirements as needed
