Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- At least 1 year of recent sprinter van/box truck experience
- No DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or license suspensions in past 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and TransForce safety standards
- Ability to work all required shifts including weekend days
- Capability to handle heavy touch freight using hand cart
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of recent sprinter van/box truck driving experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local Bronx routes and traffic regulations
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Ability to handle physical tasks related to freight delivery
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Deliver groceries and food products locally within the Bronx area
- Handle light to moderate touch freight using hand cart
- Operate a vehicle with automatic transmission safely and efficiently
- Follow all DOT and TransForce safety standards
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all company policies
- Work 9-hour shifts totaling 63 hours per week
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
