Job Requirements

  • Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy
  • Shift hours 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday
  • Ability to stay stationary for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
  • Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
  • Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all payments on hand at end of shift
  • Process internal orders daily
  • Guarantee all checks in accordance with the company policy
  • Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate individuals for resolution
