Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through
- Exposure to cold environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, pivot, squat, kneel for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Handle and merchandise all products according to company policy
- Display and express product knowledge to customers
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation
- Oversee entire third shift store operation
- Ensure shelves are stocked, leveled and out-of-stock signs are displayed
- Schedule all night crew associates
- Manage front end and office operations including check approvals and nightly resets
- Assist with ordering merchandise and supplies for the Grocery Department
- Store excess product according to corporate guidelines
- Assist with hiring, training and developing new night crew associates
- Recommend or enforce discipline according to company policy
- Oversee refrigeration and security procedures on third shift
- Unload warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries
- Evaluate performance of store associates
- Ensure all productivity measures are met
- Maintain sanitation and pricing procedures
- Protect company's inventory and control shrink
- Perform other duties assigned by management
