Job Requirements

  • Complete all required safety and health training
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 25 pounds periodically

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and use math concepts to manage hotel financials
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Ability to follow specific oral and written instructions precisely
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to meet business demands
  • Focus on guest satisfaction through positive interaction
  • Mastery of basic arithmetic including subtraction, multiplication, addition, division, and the ability to compute ratios, rates, percentages, interpret bar graphs, and handle American monetary units

Job Duties

  • Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the hotel and company
  • Verify wake-up call requests and ensure proper handling
  • Balance all cash receipts and audit work performed during the shift
  • Make deposits of cash
  • Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and reset day's business
  • Act as a guest service representative and manager on duty during evening hours
  • Operate the PBX system during the audit shift
  • Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings
  • Participate in training and cross training programs
  • Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
  • Perform job-related duties as requested by supervisor
