Job Duties
- perform nightly financial reconciliations of the day’s transactions
- act as front desk agent during overnight hours
- manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- serve as the manager on duty overnight
- address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- ensure safety and security of the premises during the night
- maintain accurate records and reports
