Job Duties
- Conduct nightly audit-related duties
- provide guest service at the hotel front desk
- balance financial transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
- prepare shift reports and complete daily paperwork
- assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
- monitor room status inventory
- communicate shift information to management and incoming staff
- maintain cleanliness of lobby and restrooms
- answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services and local information
- collaborate with hotel departments to ensure quality customer service
