Job Duties

  • Conduct nightly audit-related duties
  • provide guest service at the hotel front desk
  • balance financial transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
  • prepare shift reports and complete daily paperwork
  • assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
  • monitor room status inventory
  • communicate shift information to management and incoming staff
  • maintain cleanliness of lobby and restrooms
  • answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services and local information
  • collaborate with hotel departments to ensure quality customer service
