Job Requirements
- At least two years in related field preferred
- Experience directly supervising team members preferred
- Previous customer related experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Supervise and support the overnight front desk team to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel standards
- Serve as the senior point of contact during overnight shifts, managing all guest interactions with professionalism
- Support and coach night audit agents/front desk staff on guest service standards, operational procedures, and problem resolution
- Monitor lobby presence and ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and guest ready
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial activity and ensure proper revenue posting across all outlets
- Review and balance room revenue, restaurant and outlet charges, and front desk postings
- Prepare daily summary reports, including occupancy, revenue, and market segmentation
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in guest folios and billing
- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel by supporting overnight security efforts and responding to any incidents as needed
- Connect with engineering and housekeeping teams at the start of each shift to align on pending tasks, room statuses, and any operational needs
- Ensure a smooth shift transition by preparing shift reports and updating communication logs
- Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, room changes, and emergency situations with professionalism
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
- Train, guide, and support new or existing team members during night shifts
