Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in valet or hospitality management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- capability to lead and motivate a team
- valid driver’s license
- ability to handle escalated customer concerns effectively
- physical ability to be active and work outdoors

- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles in valet or related service industries

- ability to manage multiple locations and tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Lead by example and actively work in the field greeting guests and supporting the team
- maintain proper staffing levels through scheduling and managing on-call employees
- recruit, orientate, and onboard new hires
- oversee day-to-day opening, managing, and closing of accounts
- assure daily revenue deposits and reports using company platform
- ensure operations comply with company policies including revenue control and equipment maintenance
- conduct safety audits and manage claim prevention per Safety Manual
- resolve escalated customer concerns
- fill in for front-line associates when needed
- maintain and develop client relationships
- undertake special projects as directed by owners
- train staff on claim prevention
