Job Requirements

  • be at least 21 years old
  • have a valid passport
  • pass a comprehensive medical examination
  • pass a background check
  • have the legal right to work in the US
  • demonstrate fluency in English
  • possess a minimum of 3 years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
  • successfully complete Cabin Senior leadership training
  • be flexible to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
  • fluent in English, fluency in Turkish is an advantage
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
  • valid passport and legal right to work in the US

Job Duties

  • lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for inflight crew
  • manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and professionalism
  • supervise the overall operation of the cabin to maintain safety and service standards
  • complete all required in-flight documentation and reporting accurately
  • provide clear direction and support to cabin crew members
  • embody and promote Turkish Airlines’ brand of hospitality throughout the flight
