Job Requirements
- be at least 21 years old
- have a valid passport
- pass a comprehensive medical examination
- pass a background check
- have the legal right to work in the US
- demonstrate fluency in English
- possess a minimum of 3 years of flight attendant experience with a major international airline
- successfully complete Cabin Senior leadership training
- be flexible to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
- fluent in English, fluency in Turkish is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
- valid passport and legal right to work in the US
Job Duties
- lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for inflight crew
- manage crew performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies with authority and professionalism
- supervise the overall operation of the cabin to maintain safety and service standards
- complete all required in-flight documentation and reporting accurately
- provide clear direction and support to cabin crew members
- embody and promote Turkish Airlines’ brand of hospitality throughout the flight
