Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Hold a valid passport
- Minimum of two years flight attendant experience
- Availability for flexible scheduling including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Willingness to attend paid leadership and A220 transition training
- Ability to work transcontinental flight routes
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of flight attendant experience
- Prior leadership or purser experience
- Experience on Airbus A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- Valid passport and authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage diverse crew and passenger needs
Job Duties
- Coordinate cabin activities
- Manage in-flight service and sales
- Handle passenger escalations
- Provide on-the-job mentorship to flight attendants
- Ensure adherence to the 'Seriously Nice' service standard
- Lead crews on various flight routes including transcontinental
- Uphold safety protocols throughout the flight
