Job Requirements
- full flexibility for variable schedule
- willingness to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
- ability to lead crews on transcontinental flights
- successful completion of paid leadership and A220 transition training required
Job Qualifications
- at least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- hold valid passport
- minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience on A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
Job Duties
- coordinate cabin activities
- manage in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- provide on-the-job mentorship to crew
- ensure safety duties
- lead premium cabin service
- ensure 'Seriously Nice' service standard is met
