Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass all required background and security checks
- willingness to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX
- availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, and 24-hour on-call periods
- valid passport for international travel
- compliance with all FAA regulations and airline policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform flight attendant duties
Job Duties
- ensure the safety of every passenger
- provide warm passenger assistance and compassionate service
- collaborate effectively with pilots and fellow crew members
- perform service recovery to resolve issues and enhance passenger experience
- maintain readiness to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and 24-hour on-call periods
- attend and actively participate in 6.5 weeks of paid comprehensive training
- adhere to all airline and federal aviation regulations
