Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass all required background and security checks
  • willingness to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX
  • availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, and 24-hour on-call periods
  • valid passport for international travel
  • compliance with all FAA regulations and airline policies

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform flight attendant duties

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety of every passenger
  • provide warm passenger assistance and compassionate service
  • collaborate effectively with pilots and fellow crew members
  • perform service recovery to resolve issues and enhance passenger experience
  • maintain readiness to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and 24-hour on-call periods
  • attend and actively participate in 6.5 weeks of paid comprehensive training
  • adhere to all airline and federal aviation regulations
