Job Requirements
- Complete the FTS Program Application prior to applying for assignments
- Successful background check clearance
- Support from current Chick-fil-A employer
- Ability to work up to three weeks per assignment
- Availability to participate in up to eight assignments per year
- Willingness to travel to assignment locations
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Currently employed at a Chick-fil-A branded restaurant
- Minimum six months employment at current location
- Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A brand and operational standards
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Effective communication and training skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
Job Duties
- Serve on new restaurant opening training team
- Train new team members in front of house operations
- Train new team members in drive-thru operations
- Train new team members in back of house operations
- Train new team members in prep areas
- Provide operational support during assignments
- Collaborate with other leaders to uphold brand and operational standards
