Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Computer skills
- Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic setting preferred
- Willingness to travel to additional clinics for training and coverage purposes such as Menomonee Falls and Mount Pleasant

Job Duties
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures such as adjusting braces and placing orthodontic appliances
- Complete full arch bonding top and bottom as well as bonding fixed retainers
- Perform debonding
- Rebond brackets
- Use various digital scanners
- Make clear retainers
- Deliver expanders, space maintainers, and forsus
- Take clear x-rays
- Take clear photos
- Take accurate scans for retainers
- Assist in sterilizing equipment
- Maintain clean working environment including picture and x-ray areas
- Work with the treatment coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance by orchestrating a warm hand-off
- Assist in meeting and/or exceeding monthly and annual clinic goals
- Cover topics such as payment options and provide patients with general insurance information related to orthodontics
- Perform all duties including administrative tasks when traveling to other clinics
- Participate in marketing events
- Complete annual compliance training
- Perform other tasks as assigned
