Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • Minimum of two years experience in the culinary field with focus on high-volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than two years of experience
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of culinary experience with a focus on high-volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to read and interpret recipes accurately
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Basic wine knowledge preferred
  • Vocation school training or high school certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
  • Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Monitor food quality and consistency to meet Napa Rose standards
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Adapt to various shift schedules and special event requirements
