Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Minimum of two years experience in the culinary field with focus on high-volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than two years of experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of culinary experience with a focus on high-volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and interpret recipes accurately
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Basic wine knowledge preferred
- Vocation school training or high school certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
- Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Monitor food quality and consistency to meet Napa Rose standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Adapt to various shift schedules and special event requirements
