Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if under 2 years in culinary field
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
