Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field with focus on high volume production or culinary education degree with less than 2 years experience
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to production requirements in fast-paced environment
  • Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be flexible to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
