Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field with focus on high volume production or culinary education degree with less than 2 years experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to production requirements in fast-paced environment
- Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be flexible to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
