Job Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- valid and unrestricted medical license in California
- completion of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- board certification or eligibility
- ability to obtain necessary malpractice insurance
- excellent patient care and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- prior experience in primary care or concierge medicine preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently with autonomy

Job Duties
- Provide personalized medical care to a small patient panel
- manage patient health with a focus on senior care
- conduct in-person visits including some at assisted living facilities
- develop long-term relationships with patients
- maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- collaborate with a collegial medical team
- ensure outstanding bedside manner and patient satisfaction
